The 10th Amendment—the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. The interactive experience is a tall, nine-sided column. Each face of the column contains a video screen. By deciding whether the cases on the screens should be decided by the State or the Federal government by voting “yes” or “no,” music will play based on the cast vote (or votes).  V.erses was created in collaboration as part of arts.codes (Melissa F. Clarke and Margaret Schedel) with engineering assistance by Kari Barry, Omkar Bhatt, networking by Nick Hwang, fabrication assistance by Matt Quinn, and music interaction by Susie Green Rap Lyrics and performance by Toni Blackman
